$565 Million Financing for 830 Brickell
The 57-story 830 Brickell tower, a prominent fixture in Miami’s skyline, recently secured $565 million in financing from TYKO Capital. This Class A+ office building, developed by OKO Group and Cain International, is the first of its kind in over a decade for the Brickell Financial District. The financing will refinance the existing debt from its original construction loan provided by MSD Partners in 2019. The building is nearly fully leased, attracting top-tier tenants like Microsoft, Citadel, and Santander Bank, highlighting its status as a premier office space in the region (Globest) (Commercial Observer).
